I usually cook simple meals in bulk on Sundays that will last me a few days (something easy like a sheet pan meal with ~4 veggie options and ~2 meats, so I can mix and match during the week). So for example, I might cook broccoli/sweet potatoes/brussels sprouts/zucchini and chicken/salmon, and mix up the pairings for the next few days. I haven’t tried meal prep services yet but would love to explore the idea if anyone has recommendations!
